  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand our offerings thoroughly, enabling effective communication of our services’ value to potential clients.
  • Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase the company’s capabilities and address clients’ needs effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and profitable outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and market niches.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing regular reports to the management team to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, along with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual who can thrive in a revenue-sharing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Prior experience with revenue-sharing or commission-based models will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
